Many of you might notice that when you login to your client portal, the homepage may look a bit different. We are expanding our client area and attempting to make it easier for you to access everything from one page. From your invoices, domain name renewals to logging into your Hosting Control Panel, we are working hard to make these tasks easier for you for the new year.
We have the new client area homepage working for those of you who are on our Plesk servers. For those of you on our new Cluster system, you will still need to navigate to your My Services section and then click on the arrow to access the Package details and then click on "Login to Control Panel" for now. We should have this on the same screen for you shortly. For now, on the homepage it will state "No Hosting Packages Found" or something to that effect. Please disregard this and follow the instructions above on logging into your Hosting Control Panel.
