At approximately 9:45 AM EST, we received customer reports of degradation to their sites. Customers may be experiencing intermittent latency issues which will result in potential slow load times. In addition, customers may see slowness when connecting via FTP and when connecting to their MySQL database/s.
Our Engineers are working diligently to identify and resolve the intermittent issues on our Cluster environment and these issues should only be temporary. If you need assistance, please call our support line or open a support ticket via your client portal.
