PLEASE NOTE:
We have configured our servers to only use FULL EMAIL NAMES for the USERNAME in your email client.  If you are still having issues connecting, please check the email client settings to make sure you have the FULL email address in place for the username.  

Example: name@domain-name instead of just name for your username in your email client
