Ok, this is an explanation as to the blacklisting that has been going around lately.

The issue that we just went through with some of our servers is because there are users who feel that it is necessary to redirect email from their domain name to their YAHOO, AOL or GMAIL accounts and when this happens any spam that comes through and gets redirected to one of those ISP's, then that ISP thinks the SPAM is coming from the Argon Hosting server when actually it is coming from a different source altogether.

The ISP spam filters are not smart enough to determine that the email did not originate on the Argon Hosting server.  Their filters only see the last server that the SPAM came from and if it is being redirected, then that ISP labels the Argon Hosting server as the originating server.  SO, redirecting email is bad and should be avoided if at all possible.

This can potentially happen with any hosting provider as SPAM in the last 3 months is at a high.

If you have any issues with your email, please do not hesitate to call us at 407-814-1942.
