Hi Everyone,
This notice is to let you know that we experienced an email glitch in our billing system on December 1, 2013. Multiple emails were sent for some users who's renewals took place yesterday. I have already checked our Merchant Account last night to make sure nothing was double or triple billed and nothing in fact even hit the gateway. This was all internal to our system only.
My apologies for the extra emails and if anyone has any questions please feel free to call us at any time.
