How do I cancel my account?
In order to cancel your account, you must follow these instructions:
- Login to your Client Portal
- Click on "My Services"
- Click on the drop down to the right of VIEW DETAILS of the package name you wish to cancel
- Click on the "request Cancelation" button on the left under ACTIONS and follow the instructions
Please understand that once you set your cancellation schedule (Immediate or End of Billing Cycle) you will still have access to your data until the end of your billing cycle if you choose that option.
