I am unable to FTP to my account.
In order to ftp to your domain before propagation (meaning, before your domain name is completely ready in our systems, which takes 24 - 72 hours to update worldwide), you have to log in via the IP address.
Try using the IP address that is associated with your account. If you are not aware of what IP address your account is on, please create a support ticket and we will provide you with this information.
Once your domain resolves (propagation is complete - 24 - 72 hours), you can then use the ftp.yourdomainname.com for your ftp login. Also, please note that you will not be able to view your domain at www.yourdomainname.com until it resolves.
